Admissions at Overstone Park Primary School

Overstone Park Primary School is planned to open in September 2025 with one Reception class (30 places) and grow to reach its capacity as a two-form entry school with 420 pupils) from Reception to Year 6, in line with increased housing growth and demand. In our first year of operation, we will sit outside the Local Authority (LA) co-ordinated admissions process although we will be working closely with colleagues at the West Northamptonshire Council.

In essence, an application to Overstone Park Primary School is a risk-free choice for 2025 as applications are made in addition to the usual Local Authority process. This gives parents/carers a chance they may be offered two places, one from Overstone Park Primary School and one through the Local Authority, for our opening year only. You can then decide which offer to accept.

An application to Overstone Park Primary School will not prejudice an application to any other primary school – they will be considered entirely separately.

The deadline for applications is 15th January 2025. Offers will be made on 16th April 2025.
