Mrs Natalie Green

Head of School Designate

Mrs Natalie Green has been appointed as Head of School Designate and will take up the post in January 2025.

She will be supported by the Northampton Free School Trust’s Chief Executive Officer Dan Rosser who has also been Principal of Overstone Park Primary School’s sister school, the ‘Outstanding’ Wootton Park School, since it opened in 2016.

Currently Associate Vice Principal at Wootton Park School, Mrs Green is an experienced and passionate EYFS educator, ensuring an outstanding foundation from early years since joining the school in 2017.

Natalie is also a champion of outdoor learning and play-based approaches to teaching and learning including forest schools, and is committed to ensuring the highest standard of education for children whilst maintaining an inclusive and nurturing school ethos.
